Instructional content of our courses is always provided, reviewed, and/or endorsed by an appropriate subject-matter expert (SME).

• For custom-built courses we consult with the appropriate SME in your organization to ensure that information is accurate, relevant, and designed for the training needs of your organization.
• Pre-built courses have been designed using either appropriate information references/organizations, and/or with the assistance of a relevant SME.

Impact e-Learning will package and deliver your courses according to your individual organization's preferences. Some packaging and delivery methods available are:

• HTML packaging to add to your website or intranet. Tracking information can be recorded using a database, email, or CGI scripting.
• CD-ROM delivery. Tracking information can be recorded using the same methods as for HTML, as long as the learner is connected to the internet.
• AICC and SCORM compliant packaging so that information can be tracked by your Learning Management System.
